SLEC-BU120 3.7V 120ah Ternary lithium battery cell
Battery safety test items
1. Impact test without leakage The battery cell is charged according to the 1C standard, and the peak acceleration of the battery cell is 50
gn, a half-sine wave shock with a pulse duration of 11 milliseconds. The cell must be subjected to 6 shocks in each of three mutually perpendicular directions (x, y, z). (UN test)
2. Vibration test No leakage The battery cell is fully charged according to the 1C standard, and the battery cell is sine wave vibration. The logarithmic sweep frequency is between 7 Hz and 200 Hz, and the span is 15 minutes. (UN test)
3. Over-discharge test No explosion, no fire. The cell is fully charged according to 1C standard, and discharged at 1.0C constant current for 90 minutes (GBT test)
4. There is no explosion in the overcharge test, and the battery without fire is fully charged according to the 1C standard, and overcharged with a current of 1.0C until the SOC reaches 200% or the cell voltage reaches 1.5 times the upper limit voltage of the battery, whichever comes first Whichever prevails. (GBT test)
5. External short circuit test No explosion, no fire. The battery is fully charged according to the 1C standard, and the total resistance of the positive and negative connections is less than 5 mΩ for 10 minutes. (GBT test)
6. Hot box test No explosion, no fire. The battery is fully charged according to the 1C standard. The battery is heated in an oven at a heating rate of 5°C/min. After the temperature reaches 130°C, it is kept for 30 minutes. (GBT test)
7. Squeeze test No explosion, no fire. The battery is fully charged according to the 1C standard. A semi-cylinder with a radius of 75mm is used to apply pressure perpendicular to the direction of the battery at a rate of 5±1mm/s. When the displacement exceeds 30% of the battery thickness, or when the pressure reaches 200 KN, or when the cell voltage reaches 0 V, the test should be terminated. (GBT test)
Precautions and prohibitions
The following are precautions for using rechargeable lithium-ion batteries. Improper handling of the battery may cause heat generation, fire and performance deterioration. Please observe the following
Note
Read the user manual before using the battery-equipped equipment. Please read the charging device manual before charging.
When the battery is connected to the charging device for a period of time, but the battery is not charged, stop charging.
Please check the positive (+) and negative (-) directions before assembling the battery.
When connecting and assembling the battery, check the insulation to prevent short circuit.
The battery must be stored separately.
When the battery needs to be stored for a long time, it must be stored in a dry and low temperature (≤25℃) environment.
Do not place the battery in direct sunlight or high temperature environment.
If smell or rust is detected during the first use, please return the product to the seller immediately.
The battery must be kept away from children and pets.
When the battery life is shortened after long time use, please replace with a new battery.
When handling the battery, do not wear metal objects. (Such as rings, watches, accessories, etc.)
When using batteries to make modules or battery packs, the principle of "first in, first out" should be followed.
The charging time should not exceed the time specified in the specification.
The battery must not be exposed to the operating temperature range specified in this document.
Prohibit
Different charging equipment cannot be used.
The maximum charging rate cannot be exceeded.
The battery cannot be disassembled or modified.
Do not throw or hit the battery.
Do not pierce the battery with sharp objects. (Such as nails, knives, pencils, drilling machines)
Can not be mixed with other batteries.
It is not possible to weld the battery directly.
The battery cannot be loaded during the manufacturing process.
Do not pack old batteries and new batteries together.
Do not expose the battery to high temperature. (Like fire)
Do not put the battery in a microwave oven or high-pressure container. Do not turn the battery upside down.
Do not contact the positive and negative electrodes with metal materials. (Such as metal, wire) It is not allowed to submerge or soak the battery with water or sea water.
Do not bend the battery without the permission of the battery manufacturer.
